Udo’s Very Berry Smoothie

Very berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, chopped flesh
  • 1.5 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 limes
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Dash of Udo's Oil

Equipment needed: Blender

Method

Transfer all the ingredients, apart from the limes, to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, squeeze a lime into each glass and leave the lime skin inside the glass to serve.

Tip: Serve with a couple of ice cubes or use frozen berries as ice cubes. They will chill your drink, soak up the flavours and will be an exciting surprise at the end.

 

 

Udo’s Beyond Green Smoothie

 

Beyond Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 dessert spoons Udo's Beyond Greens
  • 1 dessert spoon Udo's Oil (optional)

Equipment needed: Blender

Method

Put all of the ingredients in a blender, whizz until smooth. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Simply Nourish Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Dessertspoons of Udo's Oil
  • ½ Banana
  • 5 Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 10 Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 3-4 Grapes
  • 1 Cup of Apple

Equipment needed: Blender

 

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.

Tip: If it’s too thick add more juice to achieve your desired consistency and enjoy.

 

 

Antioxidant Punch

Antioxident Punch Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 romaine leaves
  • 2 cups grapes, off the vine
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup redcurrants
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 head broccoli

Equipment needed: Juicer

Method

Prepare the pear and broccoli by slicing them lengthwise into roughly 2cm thick strips. Juice all the produce by feeding it slowly through the chute, using the plunger as needed. Serve immediately over ice

Tip: The berries will also juice when frozen, so you can make this Antioxidant Punch at any time of the year. Pick the berries when they are best in season and stock your freezer.

 

Ultimate Beauty Smoothie

Ultimate Beauty Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml Orange Juice
  • 2 Banana
  • 200g Strawberries
  • 100g Blueberries
  • 4 tsp Natural yoghurt
  • Thin slice of cantaloupe
  • 4 tbsps Ultimate Oil Blend

Down to Earth Immuniser

Ingredients

  • 5 chard leaves
  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 beetroots
  • 2 inch ginger root
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 parsnip
  • A few carrot and beetroot top leaves

Equipment needed: Juicer

Method

Prepare all the vegetables for juicing by slicing them lengthwise into roughly 2 cm thick strips. Juice all the produce by feeding it a slice at a time through the chute. Use the plunger as needed. Serve immediately

Tip: Juice the leafy greens first as they tend to feed themselves through the chute with ease. To make sure that the rest of the ingredients feed through easily too, slice them as thinly as possible into long strips, not chunks.
